Overview

History

The Citizens Advisory Committee for Parks and Recreation was established by Executive Order 2014-03 to provide for a process to allow for input from the citizens of Laurel regarding the activities, programs, and special events of the Department of Parks and Recreation.

Authority

The committee is charged with making recommendations and providing other needed advisory services to the Director of Parks and on matters related to parks services and recreational programs for all ages.
