Review and approval of concept and final approval of revitalization overlay area plan for zoning compliance as well as amendments to previously approved and existing area plans. Development standards are contained in Section 20-13.3. and submittal requirements are contained in Section 20-13.4 of the Land Development Code.
Approved by: Mayor and City Council for Concept Plans (Planning Commission makes recommendation) and Planning Commission for Final/Detailed Plans.
